Light panel (Acrylight) – an interior sign
Acrylight (from the English words acrylic and light) is a thin edge-lit panel made of acrylic glass carrying an image or a logo. It is an effective and relatively new type of interior advertising. The engraved contours are cut into the light panel on a CNC milling or laser machine, with translucent film used as the colour filling. The panel is illuminated from the edge through a special profile, which makes the engraved images and lettering appear to glow.
